2017 Registration Information
There are two ways to register for the 2017 FARM conference.
Register Online (Click HERE)
Download Registration Form and Mail with Check or pay with PayPal. When you send a check, please write in the note area the name of the registered attendee.

Most of this information can be found in other areas of the site as well. We have consolidated the important things for your convenience.
NOTE: For duos / bands, EACH member of the act must register separately.
- $85 prior to April 1st
- $100 from April 1st to July 31st
- $115 from August 1st to August 31st
- $130 from September 1st to September 30th
- $150 beginning on October 1st
Full Conference (First Time Attendee or Returning Venue or Folk DJ – we love our newbies, venue presenters, and DJs, so offer a nice discount for them):
- $55 prior to April 1st
- $70 from April 1st to July 31st
- $85 from August 1st to August 31st
- $100 from September 1st to September 30th
- $120 beginning on October 1st

Our meal plan includes awesome food – ask anyone that was at the 2015 conference!
Meals included are Brunch and Dinner for Friday, Brunch on Saturday, Sunday Continental Breakfast.
Full Meal Plan costs:
- $80 prior to September 1
- $90 Sept 1 and later
- $100 after Oct 1
Individual meal options:
- Friday OR Saturday Brunch $35
- Friday Dinner only $45
- Special Thursday dinner at The Mill $20.
This will feature entertainment by FARM musicians at The Mill, Iowa City’s premier mid size music venue, located one block from our hotel. Dinner will be a limited menu (three choices – see below). This will be a GREAT way to get into the swing of FARM, enjoy some great music, and enjoy a meal with the FARM community.
You must sign up ahead of time for this meal. A link has been added to the ‘Pay For Things’ page, and is part of the electronic registration form, so you can register for the Thursday Dinner at the Mill. When you pay for your cart, please add a ‘note to seller’ specifying which meal you want: Beef tenderloin, garlic herb chicken, or vegetarian lasagna. It will also include salad, rice, dinner roll and a dessert.
- Full refund prior to September 1st
- 50% refund between September 1st & October 1st
- No refund after October 1st
Non-Folk Alliance members add $20 (to become a member of Folk Alliance visit http://folk.org)
The hotel will need our final meal count by October 16th, so all food purchases must be made in advance. You may add meals at any time prior to October 10th by clicking on Pay For Things. There will be a limited number of additional meals available for people who don’t sign up by the 10th – first come, first served, no promises
Taste of FARM
We are pleased to offer this option for music fans (as opposed to musicians and others in the music industry) who wish to only attend the evening concerts, and not the full conference. Taste of FARM tickets are available for walk-up ticket purchase, or can be pre-ordered on line.
The cost for a single night is $20, or you may buy a 3 night pass for $50. Taste of FARM will provide a music fan access to over 100 performances by FARM musicians each night. If you are a fan of folk and lyric based music, this is a FANtastic value!
The special advance room rate is $119 per night (single or double, parking included) and is available until about October 1st.
